使用方法
浸泡消毒程序：
器械在徹底清潔並沖洗後，應保持打開狀態，完全浸入工作液中。需消毒的所有表面與腔道必須被工作液完全潤濕。作用時間結束後，以水（建議使用去離子水）徹底沖洗並乾燥。工作液若明顯汙濁應立即更換，最晚需每日更換。關鍵器械於消毒後應以驗證過的滅菌程序進行滅菌。

內視鏡再處理程序：
使用後，先以無棉絮布清除內視鏡上附著的明顯汙物，隨後將其完全浸泡於清潔液（如 Plurazyme 或 Instru PLUS）中。操作時應遵守個人防護裝備規定及原廠再處理建議。清潔後，以水徹底沖洗內視鏡，再將其完全浸泡於 Descoton extra 工作液中，確保所有管腔均被充滿或沖洗到。作用時間結束後，以無菌水徹底沖洗並乾燥。

Dr. Schumacher Descoton extra is a particularly fast-acting and virucidal disinfectant concentrate for disinfecting endoscopes and surgical instruments of all kinds. Descoton extra is formaldehyde-free, especially economical, and compatible with various materials. It is bactericidal, tuberculocidal, yeasticidal, and virucidal and is included in the current disinfectant list of the VAH/DGHM.

Application of Dr. Schumacher Descoton extra disinfectant for instruments and endoscopes:

For disinfection by immersion,
after thorough cleaning and subsequent rinsing, immerse instruments in the working solution while open. All surfaces and cavities to be disinfected must be completely wetted by the working solution. After the contact time has elapsed, rinse thoroughly with water (preferably demineralized water) and dry. The working solution must be changed immediately if visibly soiled, but at the latest daily. reprocessing:
After use, remove coarse contaminants from the endoscope with a lint-free cloth and then immerse it completely in a cleaning solution, e.g., Plurazyme or Instru PLUS. Observe the personal protective equipment requirements and the manufacturer's reprocessing recommendations. After cleaning, rinse endoscopes thoroughly with water and immerse them completely in the DESCOTON extra working solution. Ensure that all channels are filled or flushed. After the exposure time has elapsed, rinse thoroughly with sterile water and dry.
